The Role

We’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial recruitment consultants to join the team on a self-employed basis to build their own business and client bank. You will have your own designated territory where you will have no competition from another consultant.

You will do your own marketing and prospecting in your designated territory, but once the sale is made, and the invoice is paid, your job is finished and you can move to the next sale. 

The Model

We help small and medium sized businesses recruit at a fraction of the cost of a traditional recruitment agency. We offer three packages, which range from £595 to £990 per campaign. Clients can choose from a “DIY” service, through to a fully managed and supported campaign.

-    We advertise them across all of the UK’s major job boards.
-    Our system identifies candidates who do not meet minimum requirements without any CV sifting, saving time and effort
-    Our system identifies the best talent using personality assessment, and our behavioural profiling makes sure they will fit the team and the culture.
-    Our system enables applicants to leave a short video “preview” of themselves.
-    Finally, for the fully managed service, we organise interviews for clients.

What we offer:

We operate on a commission driven basis - you will keep at least 50% of what you bill. If you exceed your targets, you will keep even more of what you bill. Your commission is uncapped.
