Mid-Career Personal Assessment

Discover More About You

When you've been working for a while, it can be surprisingly difficult to separate what you're good at from what you've simply become used to doing.

You may know that you want something different, but not necessarily what that should look like.

That's what this is designed to help with.

You'll complete three short questionnaires that explore:

  • what is likely to motivate you and make work feel satisfying;
  • your natural personality strengths;
  • and the way you tend to approach different situations and communicate with other people.

Your results will give you a clearer picture of some of the qualities and preferences that come naturally to you. Some may feel very familiar. Others may help you recognise strengths, motivations or patterns that you have not really stopped to think about before.

The idea is to give you useful insight into yourself at this stage of your career. It can help you think more clearly about the kinds of roles you may enjoy, the working environments where you are likely to be at your best, the strengths you can bring to your next move and the things you may want more, or less, of in the future.

There's nothing to pass or fail and there are no right or wrong answers or personality types. This is about understanding yourself better, so just answer as naturally and honestly as you can.

By the end, you'll have a clearer picture of what motivates you, what makes you tick and how you tend to work with other people, together with some useful information to help you think about what you want from the next stage of your working life.

What happens next?

It's really simple. On the next page, just enter your name and email address. Your details are simply needed to set you up on the system and link you to your results.

As part of the assessment, you'll also have the option to upload your CV.

This is completely optional, so if you don't want to attach one, that's absolutely fine. However, if you do have a CV available, we strongly recommend uploading it. It gives us useful additional information about your experience, skills and career history, which can help make your final report more relevant and useful to you.

Your CV does not need to be perfect or completely up to date. An existing version is absolutely fine.

Once you've signed up, you'll see some straightforward instructions that will guide you through each part of the assessment, including the optional CV upload.

That's all there is to it. When you're ready, just click Start to begin.
